To apply to live in Spinner Place, the Lease Application, Roommate Matching Survey and Guaranty of Lease must be filled out completely and faxed or mailed to:

When your Lease Application has been reviewed, we will contact you to discuss room selection and to schedule an appointment to sign the Lease Agreement.
