Beautiful location for any outing and a gorgeous natural area within walking distance as well as many dinning experiences. Within walking distance of UVM and the CCV Winooski campus. There are many floorplan options, and all utilities are included! Not only that, but you are also very close to the lake, which has a nice nature walk if you have pets or just like to exercise!
